If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable) included.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized jewelry, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team or call us at within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Once your return request has been approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

  3. Pack and Ship Your Return: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all documentation, and clearly label the package with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or engraved items
  • Items that have been altered or modified after purchase
  • Final sale items
  • Earrings for pierced ears, due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired piece.
