2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time based on the complexity of the design. We will notify you via email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

3. Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over a certain amount, while international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any certificates or accompanying documents.
  • Exclusions: Custom and engraved pieces, as well as final sale items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return Process: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized jewelry items are crafted uniquely for each customer. Once an order for custom jewelry is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Payment Options

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including all major credit cards, PayPal, and select installment plans for larger purchases. All transactions are processed securely, ensuring your information remains private and protected.

7. Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments within 7 days of purchase if the same item goes on sale. To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team. Price adjustments are not applicable to items purchased with promotional discounts or during special sales events.

8. Warranty

All Pierce & Prestige jewelry pieces come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. For repairs outside of warranty, we offer affordable repair services.
